Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each breast in flour, shaking off excess.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 4
Add Capers
Stir in the capers and return the chicken to the skillet. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
- 5
Cook the Pasta
While the chicken is simmering, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 6
Serve
Serve the chicken piccata over the pasta, spooning the sauce on top, and garnish with chopped parsley.
