Add the Sauce
Spread the light pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4
Top with Ingredients
Spread the crushed tomatoes evenly over the sauce, then layer the fresh mozzarella slices on top.
- 5
Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- 6
Add the Arugula
Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately top with fresh arugula.
- 7
Serve
Slice the pizza and serve hot, optionally drizzled with more olive oil or balsamic reduction.
