Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Bake the Chicken Wings
Place the wings on a baking rack set over a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the Anchor Bar hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir well to combine and heat through.

Toss the Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, place them in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Serve
Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing on the side.
