Turkey Burger Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into 4 equal patties, about 8 oz each.

  2. 2

    Grill the Burgers

Preheat the grill over medium-high heat and brush the grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the turkey patties on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  3. 3

    Prepare the Toppings

While the burgers are grilling, wash and slice the lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Once the turkey burgers are cooked, place each patty on the bottom half of a kaiser roll. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion. Place the top half of the roll on each burger.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the turkey burgers with a side of french fries.
