Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preparation
Start by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This will help the skin get crispy when cooked.
- 2
Seasoning
In a large bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- 3
Frying
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F (190°C). Carefully add the chicken wings in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
- 4
Draining
Using a slotted spoon, remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 5
Serving
Serve the hot wings with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing on the side.
