Prep the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the coated wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Toss with Sauce
If you like your wings spicy, toss them in hot sauce right after they come out of the oven. Serve immediately.

Serve
Plate the wings with celery sticks and serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing on the side.
