Prepare the Strawberries
Wash and slice the fresh strawberries, setting aside a few whole ones for garnish.

Mix the Drink
In a shaker, combine the sliced strawberries, Tito's Handmade Vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes. Shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling water and gently stir.

Garnish with whole strawberries and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
