Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and scrub the Russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges. Aim for about 8 wedges per potato.
- 2
Season the Wedges
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange and Bake
Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure they are not overcrowded to allow for even baking.
- 4
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Serve
If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your Potato Wedges!
