In a small plate, mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Moisten the rim of a glass with a little heavy cream and then dip it into the sugar-cinnamon mixture to coat.

In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, Kahlua, RumChata, and heavy cream. Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently to combine.
