Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place the Swiss cheese slice on top of the beef patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the brioche roll, layer the lettuce leaves, followed by the cooked beef patty with melted Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomato slices, and onion rings. Top with the other half of the brioche roll.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the mushroom Swiss burger immediately with your favorite side.
