Prepare the Glass
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass in a swirling pattern and place it in the freezer to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua, vodka, and ice cubes.

Shake Well
Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Remove the glass from the freezer and strain the mixture into the prepared chocolate-swirled glass.
