Molten Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Carefully stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth.

Fill Bundt Pan
Pour half of the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Place chocolate truffles in the center, then top with the remaining batter.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Cool and Serve
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream on top.
