Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into wing-sized florets and set aside.
- 2
Mix the Batter
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the plant-based milk until you have a smooth batter.
- 3
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Allow excess batter to drip off.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Place the coated cauliflower florets on a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the wings are golden and crispy.
- 5
Add Your Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in your choice of sauce (such as buffalo, BBQ, or teriyaki) until well coated. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the sauce.
- 6
Serve
Serve the meatless wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
