Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meats

Chop the bacon, sausage, and ham into small pieces. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, then cook the sausage until browned. Combine with ham and bacon.

  2. 2

    Whisk the Eggs

In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well beaten. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked meat mixture and cheddar cheese to the beaten eggs and stir to combine.

  4. 4

    Cook the Omelet

Heat the butter in a non-stick griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the egg mixture into the griddle and spread it evenly. Cook until the edges begin to set, then gently lift the edges with a spatula to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.

  5. 5

    Finish Cooking

Once the omelet is mostly set but still slightly runny on top, fold it in half and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slide the omelet onto a plate, cut in half if desired, and serve hot.
