Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

If using bacon, cook it in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. If using sausage, cook it until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Omelet

In the same skillet used for the meat, add a little oil or butter if needed and pour in the whisked eggs. Cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to set.

  4. 4

    Add Fillings

Add the cooked bacon or sausage and cheese on one half of the omelet. Allow it to cook for another minute until the cheese starts to melt.

  5. 5

    Fold and Serve

Carefully fold the omelet in half over the fillings. Cook for an additional minute, then slide onto a plate and serve hot.
