Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Rinse in cold water and pat dry.

  2. 2

    Fry the Fries

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken Wings

In a large pot of boiling water, add the chicken wings and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and let them cool. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy. If desired, toss the wings in Anchor Bar Wing Sauce before serving.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the wings and fries. Serve with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
