Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine vodka, amaretto, lemonade mix, and water. Stir until the lemonade mix is fully dissolved.

Add Ice
Add the ice to the mixture and blend until smooth and slushy.

Freeze
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

Scoop the frozen Italian ice into serving bowls and enjoy!
