Garlic Knots Ingredients

Method

Directions for Garlic Knots

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dough

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.

  2. 2

    Shape the Knots

Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide. Take each strip and tie it into a knot, then place on a greased baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Make the Garlic Butter

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley, olive oil, and salt.

  4. 4

    Coat the Knots

Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots, making sure to coat them well.

  5. 5

    Bake

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
