Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they crisp up nicely when cooked. Season the wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Fry the Wings

Carefully add the seasoned chicken wings in batches to the hot oil. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Coat with Sauce

In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the buffalo sauce until they are well coated.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing on the side.
