Crust and Filling
Method
Preparation
- 1
Make the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until set. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- 2
Prepare the Chocolate Mousse
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the melted chocolate and then the whipped cream until fully combined.
- 3
Assemble the Pie
Spoon half of the chocolate peanut butter mousse into the cooled crust. Sprinkle half of the chopped REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups over the mousse. Spread the remaining mousse on top, smoothing it out with a spatula. Top with the remaining chopped REESE'S.
- 4
Chill and Serve
Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy your delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie with REESE'S!
