Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Heat the Oil
In a large deep frying pan or a pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 3
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- 4
Drain and Toss in Sauce
Remove the wings from the oil and drain them on paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the hot wings with the Anchor Bar original wing sauce until evenly coated.
- 5
Serve
Arrange the wings on a serving platter with the blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side. Enjoy!
