Burger and Toppings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Onions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Slice the onion and add it to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. 2

    Form the Burgers

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two 8oz patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burgers

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Wing Sauce

During the last minute of cooking, brush the burger patties with Original Anchor Bar Wing Sauce to coat.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

While the burgers are cooking, heat the chicken wings according to the package instructions or your preferred method until crispy.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each kaiser roll. Add the burger patty, followed by the caramelized onions, bleu cheese crumbles, and top with a crispy chicken wing. Finish with the top half of the roll.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the Chicken Wing Burger immediately with additional wing sauce on the side, if desired.
