Cauli-Wings Ingredients
Method
Preparation Directions
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and water until smooth.
- 3
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
- 4
Bake the Cauli-Wings
Place the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- 5
Toss with Sauce
Once baked, remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in Anchor Bar Wing Sauce until well coated.
- 6
Serve
Serve the cauli-wings with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and ranch dressing on the side.
