Wings Preparation

Prepare the Wings
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Spread the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Toss in Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the Anchor Bar Wing Sauce until they are fully coated. Serve immediately.
Roast Beef Sandwich Preparation

Prepare the Roast Beef
While the wings are baking, heat the sliced roast beef in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the Kimmelweck rolls in half and pile the warm roast beef high on the bottom half. Top with horseradish if desired, then place the top half of the roll on.

Serve with Au Jus
Serve the sandwich with a side of au jus for dipping.
