Boneless Wings Ingredients
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Breading
In one bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- 2
Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drip off. Then coat the tender in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it adheres. Set aside on a plate.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a large, deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5
Drain and Serve
Remove the fried chicken tenders from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauces.
