Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Ensure each piece is well-coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully place the breaded chicken tenders in the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Sauce or Dry Rub
While the chicken tenders are still hot, toss them in your choice of Anchor Bar Wing Sauce or sprinkle with dry rub. Serve immediately.
