Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Apply Marinade

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 3

    Chop the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell peppers into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  2. 6

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, place the seasoned vegetables in a grill basket or directly on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate and Serve

Once both the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables.
