  1. 1

    Prepare Ingredients

Gather all ingredients for the dish and ensure they are measured accurately.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat is browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

  3. 3

    Add Spinach

Stir in the fresh spinach to the skillet with the ground beef and cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the skillet from heat and allow it to cool slightly.

  4. 4

Mix Cream Cheese and Other Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, and beaten egg. Mix well until the ingredients are fully integrated.

  5. 5

    Combine Mixtures

Add the cooked beef and spinach mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.

  6. 6

    Shape Meatballs

With your hands, scoop out the mixture and form it into meatballs, roughly 1-1.5 inches in diameter.

  7. 7

    Cook Meatballs

In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the outside is golden and they are cooked through.

  8. 8

    Serve

Once cooked, transfer the meatballs onto a serving platter and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve hot, and enjoy!
