Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Peel and dice the pineapple, mango, and papaya. Peel and slice the kiwis and bananas. Hull and halve the strawberries.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, kiwi slices, banana slices, halved strawberries, and diced papaya. Toss gently to mix.

Sprinkle the unsweetened coconut flakes over the mixed fruits and toss gently to incorporate.
