Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Peppers
Wash the bell peppers, slice the tops off, and remove the seeds and membranes. Place them upright in a baking dish.

Mix the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. Stir in the garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper until well incorporated.

Stuff the Peppers
Spoon the cheese mixture into each bell pepper, filling them generously.
Baking

Drizzle with Olive Oil
Drizzle the stuffed peppers with olive oil for extra flavor.

Bake
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
