Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tofu

Begin by pressing the lemongrass tofu to remove excess moisture. Once pressed, cut it into cubes.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Tofu

In a bowl, combine the tofu cubes with chili crisp, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Char the Caulilini

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Toss the caulilini with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and tender.

  4. 4

    Cook the Tofu

In a separate non-stick skillet, cook the marinated tofu over medium heat until golden brown and crispy, approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a serving plate, arrange the charred caulilini, top with the crispy lemongrass tofu, and garnish with pickled coriander.

  6. 6

    Serve

    Serve warm and enjoy!
