Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In the same skillet, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, split the brioche buns and toast them in the skillet until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, a slice of tomato, and some onion. Place the burger patty on top, followed by bacon and BBQ sauce. Add any additional toppings as desired, then cover with the top half of the bun.
