Method
Braised Lamb Shank
Preheat Oven

Add Liquids and Lamb
Ensure the shanks are submerged in the liquid.
Braise in Oven
Check occasionally to ensure there is enough liquid.
Creamy Polenta
Boil Water
Ensure the water is at a rolling boil before adding polenta.
Add Polenta
Whisk continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
Cook Polenta
The polenta should be creamy and smooth.
Add Butter and Cheese
Mix until the polenta is creamy and cheesy.
Balsamic Broccolini
Prepare Broccolini
Rinse and trim the ends of the broccolini.
Sauté Broccolini
Cook until tender and bright green.
Season Broccolini
Toss well to combine and heat through for another minute.
Walnut Pistou

Pulse until finely chopped.
Blend Pistou
Season with salt to taste and blend until creamy.
