Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Meats

Add chicken breast, beef steak, and pork sausages to the marinade. Ensure all the meats are coated well. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

  3. 3

    Chop the Vegetables

While the meats are marinating, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

Grilling

  1. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 5

    Grill the Meats

Place the marinated chicken breast, beef steak, and pork sausages on the grill. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, the beef steak for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust time based on desired doneness), and the sausages until thoroughly cooked, about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Using a grill basket or skewers, place the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Mixed Grill

Once all ingredients are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Arrange the grilled meats and vegetables on a large serving platter.

  2. 8

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top and serve with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy your mixed grill warm!
