A black and white sesame seed seared ahi tuna served over creamy fresh ginger, rice and grilled asparagus. Finished with a honey soy reduction, cilantro, and wasabi. (Served medium rare unless otherwise requested)

Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and prepare the creamy rice according to package instructions. Set aside.

Season the Tuna
Season the ahi tuna steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Coat with Sesame Seeds
In a shallow dish, combine black and white sesame seeds. Press each side of the tuna steaks into the sesame mixture to coat.
