Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Fold in Blueberries
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to break them.

Cook Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the pancakes warm, topped with whipped butter and maple syrup.
