Addison’s Bbq Pulled Pork Sandwich Recipe
Our house roasted BBQ pulled pork drizzled with Addison’s own “FNG” BBQ sauce and served with pickles on a toasted Kaiser bun. (Add spicy slaw)

Prepare the Pulled Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with BBQ rub, ensuring it is well coated. Place the pork in a slow cooker with apple cider vinegar, sliced onion, and minced garlic. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Prepare the Spicy Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, and diced jalapeño. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Assemble the Sandwich
Once the pork is cooked and shredded, mix it with the FNG BBQ sauce. Toast the Kaiser buns, then layer with pulled pork and top with spicy slaw and pickles. Serve immediately.
