Grind the Coffee Beans
Using a coffee grinder, grind the espresso coffee beans to a fine consistency.

Prepare the Espresso Machine
Ensure your espresso machine is clean and ready for use. Preheat the machine if necessary.

Tamp the Coffee
Place the ground coffee in the portafilter and tamp it down evenly using a tamper.

Brew the Espresso
Lock the portafilter into the espresso machine and start brewing. Extract two shots of espresso (approximately 60 ml total).

Pour the freshly brewed doppio into a pre-warmed espresso cup and serve immediately.
