Prepare the Ravioli Dough

Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the eggs. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling

Mix the Lobster Filling
In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Make the Ravioli

Roll and Cut
Roll out the rested dough on a floured surface until thin. Cut into 3-inch squares. Place a spoonful of lobster filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough over to form a triangle and press to seal.
Cook the Ravioli

Boil the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Gently add the ravioli and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Make the Limoncello Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine limoncello, heavy cream, butter, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
Make the Crab Salad

Mix the Salad
In a bowl, combine fresh crab meat, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Serve

Plate the Dish
On a plate, place the cooked ravioli, drizzle with limoncello sauce, and top with crab salad. Serve immediately.
