Method

Kofta Preparation

    Prepare the Kofta

    In a bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well until fully combined.

    Shape into Skewers

    Divide the mixture into 7 equal portions and shape each into an elongated patty on skewers.

    Cook the Kofta

    Grill the kofta skewers on medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.

Shish Kebab Preparation

    Marinate the Beef

    In a bowl, combine cubed beef, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Skewer the Ingredients

    Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.

    Grill the Shish Kebab

    Grill the kebabs on medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shish Tawook Preparation

    In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add cubed chicken and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
