1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

2. Marinate Chicken

Cut the chicken into chunks and add to the marinade. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

3. Prepare Kofta Mixture

In a separate bowl, mix ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

4. Shape Kofta

Shape the lamb mixture into long sausage-like shapes around skewers.

5. Prepare Shish Tawook

Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper.

6. Grill the Kebabs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kofta and shish tawook skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.

7. Serve

Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
