Prepare the Glass
Chill a champagne flute or coupe glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Absinthe and lemon juice. Stir gently to mix.

Combine with Prosecco
Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and pour the Absinthe and lemon mixture into the glass. Slowly top with Prosecco, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.
