Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper, letting the paper hang over the edges.

  2. 2

    Make the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

  3. 3

    Add Dry Ingredients

Sift the flour and salt into the batter and gently fold until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.

  4. 4

    Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, until the top is deeply browned and the center is still slightly jiggly.

  5. 5

    Cool and Serve

Once baked, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another hour to cool gradually. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
