Cook the Orzo
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked orzo, black truffle oil, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Prepare the Topping
In a small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, chopped chives, lemon zest, and a drizzle of olive oil until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Assemble
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the orzo mixture to a greased baking dish and evenly spread the breadcrumb topping over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional chives if desired.
