Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to extend over the edges.

  2. 2

    Mix the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, flour, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top is deeply browned and the center is slightly jiggly.

  4. 4

    Cool the Cheesecake

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.

  5. 5

    Serve with Whipped Cream

Before serving, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Serve slices of the cheesecake topped with freshly whipped cream.
