Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, mix turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken wings and coat them well with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the chili sauce, honey, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the marinated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss with Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the prepared chili sauce mixture until well coated.

Garnish and Serve
Transfer the wings to a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot.
