Brew the Coffee
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, add the Thai coffee grounds and stir well. Allow the coffee to steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain the Coffee
After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter into a separate container to remove the grounds.

Fill glasses with ice and pour the sweetened Thai coffee over the ice. If desired, add coconut milk on top for extra creaminess.
