Prepare the Noodles
Soak the flat rice noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.

Cook the Meat
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the choice of meat and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.

Add Vegetables
Add the sliced onions, red bell pepper, and tomatoes to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender.

Combine with Noodles
Add the soaked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.

Finish with Basil and Chili
Add the Thai basil leaves and sliced chili to the pan. Stir-fry for an additional minute until the basil is wilted. Adjust seasoning to taste.
