Prepare the seafood and vegetables
Clean and devein the shrimp, slice squid and mussels if necessary. Chop the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté garlic
Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add seafood
Add the mixed seafood to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until they are cooked through.

Incorporate vegetables
Add the chopped bell peppers, onion, and young peppercorns to the seafood. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Add sauces and basil
Stir in the cha-cha chili sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well. Finally, add in the Thai basil leaves and stir until they are wilted.

Serve
Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
