Flatbread Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

Add Cheese
Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted. Season with salt and black pepper.

Slice the Steak
Once the steak has rested, slice it thinly against the grain.
Assembly

Assemble the Dish
Place the prepared flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of cheese sauce on each flatbread, then top with the sliced steak, caramelized onions, and sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheeses on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven, drizzle with horseradish sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley. Cut into slices and serve warm.
